Building Refurbishments

NorthWest Project Management has been involved with the refurbishment of numerous accommodation blocks throughout the Pilbara. These buildings were constructed in the early 1970’s and were converted from group accommodation with shared ablutions to high quality, fully ensuited individual rooms. We have been involved the refurbishment of 8 of the blocks over the past 4 years in Karratha, Paraburdoo and Tom Price.

NorthWest Project Management was a key stakeholder in the commercial kitchen refurbishment at Rocklea Palms in Paraburdoo. This project provided some significant challenges in maintaining the messing facilities at a 400 man camp while completely refitting the kitchen. This project proved to be highly successful due to a stringent management protocol and a ‘can do’ attitude by all involved.
